4D is an independent fee-only tax and financial planning firm. As
an independent advisor, 4D does not
sell any insurance or investment product, nor does it receive commissions.
4D specializes in providing solutions to individuals, families and
small businesses on tax and financial issues. 4D also develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that
integrate cash flow management, education planning, income tax planning, investment
advice, retirement and estate planning, and risk management.
Jenifer Lee started 4D because she believes the public is
better served if they are equipped with adequate knowledge in tax and financial
issues. She also believes that most
people can benefit from a passive buy-and-hold investment strategy investing
primarily in no-load or low-load investment vehicles.
Jenifer has a MBA and an Advanced Professional Certificate in Taxation from
NYU. She received her CPA designation in
1988 and her CFP certification in 2002. She is a member of FPA (Financial
Planning Association), AICPA and a current board member of FPA New York chapter. She is a regular speaker of educational workshops on tax and financial planning topics.
